Valley Pets sells primarily to veterinary clinics, hospitals, and other professional animal care providers. The following terms apply to wholesale accounts and orders:

- Minimum order. Wholesale orders require a minimum of 12 units per order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Pricing. Wholesale pricing is available only to approved accounts and may change without notice. Pricing is confidential and may not be shared publicly.
- Payment terms. Wholesale orders are payable at checkout unless credit terms have been approved in writing. Approved accounts may be extended Net 30 terms. Past-due balances may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.
- Resale. Products purchased at wholesale are for resale or use within your practice. You may not resell Valley Pets products on Amazon, eBay, or any third-party online marketplace without our prior written consent.
- Brand use. You may use the BellyGuard and Valley Pets names and product images to promote products you have purchased from us. Any other use of our trademarks requires written permission.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
Payments
